    Metalloyd (Houston, TX)

Metalloyd is a Heavy Metal band based out of Houston Texas. The music of Metalloyd can best be described as a combination of the bands classic metal influences of the 80’s and a more modern aggressive sound. The band started its career in 2003 performing covers and slowly began to gain a following through its high energy shows and song selections. Once the band began writing material, the incorporation of their influences were easily recognizable, and they brought an old school feel to a drastically different music scene. With six years of performing live and writing material, Metalloyd has not lost any of the intensity that first made them stand out. The line-up is Chris Salazar on lead guitar and lead vocals, Anthony Sanchez on lead guitar and backing vocals, Luis Garcia on bass and backing vocals, and Daniel Ramos on the drums. These four metal heads all share one common dream, to continue to write and perform their music to any and all who share the same love for Heavy Metal music.

    SilverTongue Devil (Dallas, TX)

Our story began ages ago with the great cosmic flash that sent the stuff of stars tearing through the void, bringing life to fiery action. Everything is evolving, always growing and morphing until critical mass is met. From darkness we came, to darkness we return.

    The other of utter darkness
    The other unconsumed
    The other of ancient tongues
    The other point of view

We are no one. We come from nowhere. There have been others before us, and we are mere parts of the evolution. There are no gods or devils but those that we create in our own image. We are not believers. We seek to know, to live, and to grow stronger in body, spirit, and mind. We revere all of the arts of darkness.

“The key to joy is disobedience.” – Aleister Crowley

We are a band, a tribe. Our music is metal, the music of chaos and the void. Some have called it the devil’s music, and that is fine by us. To those that came before us and inspired us, we bestow great honor. Our desire is simple: to conquer our own limitations. We seek to thrive, to grow into the gods we choose to be. When critical mass comes we will return to nothing, but we will have become legion.

    G Love and Special Sauce

During the 1990s, the American public fell in love with several acts that looked and sounded like they just emerged from a frat party. Blues Traveler, Dave Matthews Band and Hootie & the Blowfish were part of this movement, as was G. Love and Special Sauce. The group was formed in Philadelphia in 1992 and with a sound that pulls heavily from blues as well as jam rock, the band was perfectly at home with its other peers during their 1990s heyday. While some of these bands fell off or dissipated, G. Love and Special Sauce managed to stay relevant and change its sound with the evolving music community.
