The hour-long yoga sessions take place Monday through Wednesday evenings at 6p, Thursday at 6:30p, and also Friday morning at 7a and Tuesday during lunch hour. There is also a two hour Saturday morning class, which begins at 10a and a one and a half hour class on Sunday at 4:30p. Class size is kept small with 10-20 people.
