Anything Goes is a musical by famed American composer and lyricist Cole Porter that has been revived on Broadway and London's West End several times since premiering in 1934. The story follows the antics of a variety of individuals traveling from New York to London on an ocean liner, and the blurred lines between the social classes on-board play out to tremendous comedic effect as a stowaway attempts to win the affections of a wealthy heiress.

Lisa Lampanelli is a stand-up comedian from Trumbull, CT whose irreverent brand of comedy tries its hardest and mostly succeeds at casting her as one of the more controversial figures on the US comedy scene today. Now a regular guest at the New York Friar's Club Roasts for her particularly biting, insult-driven comic style, her big break in comedy actually occurred during one of her first Roast performances for Chevy Chase in 2002. It wouldn't take long of Lampanelli to begin capitalizing upon her success as a roaster par excellence, beginning with a series of specials on cable TV and DVD that would further entrench the comedian into the consciousness of mainstream comedy audiences.

The legendary comedy duo of Richard Marin and Tommy Chong, widely known as simply Cheech & Chong, has captivated multiple generations of audiences since the 1970s with their counterculture brand of comedy. Known for covering themes of free love, communal living and drug use in stand-up routines and songs, the pair also starred in a number of cult classics starting with 1978's Up in Smoke. After Cheech and Chong parted ways in the 1980s, the two comedians pursued solo careers but eventually began working together in small bursts, like provided voices for characters of South Park in 2000. Cheech & Chong officially reunited for a comedy tour in 2008, followed by a number of worldwide tours such as the 2009 Cheech and Chong Light Up Australia Tour and 2011's Get It Legal tour.

Based on songs by the Swedish pop group ABBA, Mamma Mia! tells the story of Donna and her daughter Sophie, a young girl and bride-to-be who is trying to discover the identity of her father before her wedding day. Drama and comedy ensue when three different men, all former lovers of her mother and potentially Sophie's father, arrive to the Greek island Calicos, where the wedding is to take place. Mamma Mia! was an immediate hit after its West End premiere in 1999 and quickly made its way across the pond to Broadway theaters.
